¹ To receive your $10 statement credit, your credit application must be submitted in a Canadian Costco Wholesale warehouse or online starting June 3, 2019 until June 16, 2019, and, after your credit application is approved, $50 worth of qualifying purchases (net returns) must post to your account by July 16, 2019. The $10 statement credit will appear on your account by September 16, 2019. Your account must be open and in good standing for your statement credit to be applied.
² Cash back is applied to total net purchases. That means any purchase that’s charged to your credit card minus credits or returns. Cash advances, balance transfers, fees and interest charges aren’t eligible for cash back. The categorization of a purchase as a restaurant, gas station or other purchase is determined by the category code selected by the merchant. Capital One is not responsible for the category code a merchant uses or for any category code errors by merchants.
³ 0.5% on the first $3,000 you spend annually on all other purchases, and 1% after that.
4 Purchase Assurance, Extended Warranty, Car Rental Collision/Loss Damage Waiver and Baggage Delay insurance are underwritten by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida (ABIC), while Price Protection Service is a service provided by ABIC. Common Carrier Travel Accident Insurance is underwritten by American Bankers Life Assurance Company of Florida. Details of the coverage, including definitions, benefits, limitations, and exclusions, are in the Certificate of Insurance provided with the card. Read the Certificate of Insurance then keep it in a safe place with your other valuable documents, and take it with you when you travel.
